This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to learned II Additional District Judge, Chennai to expedite the trial in S.C.No.176 of 2013 and complete the same within specified period.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.176 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
