passed by the second respondent dated 04.10.2024 in Memo No.1017/BCDFGISSSV/2024 against the petitioner's husband Karthik @ Gate Karthik, Son of Munusamy, aged about 27 years,, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER
(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.R. Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
