ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 22.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.14627 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to pass order on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.01.2024, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31485 of 2016 dated 22.09.2023, within a period of four weeks.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
