This Contempt Petition arises out of the order dated 06.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26916 of 2022. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent are present.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has complied the order dated 06.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26916 of 2022. With regard to the compliance of said order, the learned counsel produced a copy of the Communication dated 05.03.2025 bearing R.O.C.No.26/2018/JN5 (SCM) received by the petitioner from the respondent, before this Court.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and a copy of the Communication dated 05.03.2025 produced by him, this Contempt Petition is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
