Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fourth Respondents to provide extension of time if the said license is not issued within the time limit framed in the letter dated 25.08.2023 issued by the Third Respondent herein and consequently forbear the Respondents from locking or sealing or initiating any coercive action until the order of the applied license is issued as per the Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014 and further till then not to interfere with the functioning of the Petitioner paying guest accommodation.
