Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention
passed by the second respondent dated 04.10.2024 in Memo No.1015/BCDFGISSSV/2024 against the petitioner's husband VIjayakumar, Son of Munusamy,aged about 29 years,, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
