O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent to furnish the Motor Vehicle Inspector's report and other details based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent seeking MVI report and other case details, pursuant to the FIR in Crime No.93 of 2014.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the respondent to furnish the Motor Vehicle Inspector's report and other cases details, pursuant to the registration of FIR in Crime No.93 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 279 and 337 IPC, to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
