(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner. We have heard Mr.A.Arunbabu, learned counsel for the second respondent and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the third respondent.

2. The matter was called out on 08.06.2023. On the said date, none appeared for the petitioner.

3. On the said date, we have recorded the statement of learned State Government Pleader that the fourth respondent is running the theatre under license obtained in the year 1983 and has also obtained proper certificate from the Electricity Department. However, as none appeared for the petitioner on the said date, we adjourned the matter to 13.06.2023.

4. Today also, none appears for the petitioner. The writ petition, as such, is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.15474 and 15475 of 2017 are also dismissed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 13.06.2023 Index :
