These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to grant special leave to prosecute the above appeals before this Court against an order of acquittal dated 17.04.2023 made in Crl.A.Nos.23 of 2020 and 25 of 2020, respectively, on the file of the Additional District Judge, Hosur.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stand allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case "for admission".
