When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision with a liberty to file appropriate petition before the trial court for 1/4

implementation of the conviction imposed by the trial court, vide judgment dated 05.05.2021 made in CC.No.43 of 2016. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision case stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
