The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.59 of 2023, registered under Sections 420 and 380 IPC.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was working as Sales Manager in Noble Honda Showroom at Perundurai between 22.09.2022 and 07.01.2023. It is stated that in that interregnum period he had misappropriated a sum of Rs.14,36,700/- and also one new Honda Scooter and had also pledged RC Books and other documents of the customers and had received money. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on 24.01.2023, there was a dispute between the Manager and the petitioner, who was attacked and was hospitalised. The statement was also recorded and an FIR has also registered but the FIR did not contain the statement given by the petitioner herein. None of those aspects have been stated in the petition herein.
