This petition has been filed to correct the error crept in, in the prayer portion of the main CRP where instead of IX Assistant Judge, it is wrongly mentioned as 'XI Assistant Judge', hence, he seeks that amendment.

2.In view of the typographical error made by the petitioner in filing the CRP which has been carried out in the order passed by this Court dated 04.10.2019, this correction is necessitated. Therefore, this petition is ordered and the corrected order copy may be issued to the party by the Registry.

3.In view of above, the two weeks time granted to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/-, as ordered by this Court dated 04.10.2019, shall be construed as two weeks from the receipt of the corrected order copy.
