4867/G2/2014-2 dated 05.06.2014 issued by the first respondent and Proceedings No.P24/12412419/3/PPO No.R2412419/EDA dated 13.10.2015 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and direct the second respondent to disburse the pension on the basis of the last drawn basic pay of Rs.23,210/- per month i.e., commuted pension at Rs.7,377/-, gratuity at Rs.8,15,711/-, commuted value pension at Rs.3,88,549/- commuted family pension at Rs.6,963/-.
