The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the petitioner/ appellant had complied with the orders of this Court dated 05.08.2022 by depositing a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- before the I Additional District & Sessions Court, Vellore on 06.08.2022.

2.The memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant is recorded.

3.The interim stay granted in C.M.P.No.23922 of 2019 is made absolute.

4.The I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore is directed to deposit the said amount in a Nationalized Bank in a re-investment scheme initially for a period of two years.

5.In view of the order of interim stay being made absolute, the petition in C.M.P.No.9257 of 2022 is closed.
