This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.06.2024 to take action against the accused who is responsible for his daughter's death. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the case which was initially registered for offence under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C, has now been altered to Section 306 IPC; and that the accused has also been arrested. 3.In view of the action taken pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, no further order is required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
