The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the fair and final order dated 01.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.144 of 2017 in O.S.No.146 of 2014 on the file of the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode and consequently allow I.A.No.144 of 2017 as prayed for by the petitioner. O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.144 of 2017 in O.S.No.146 of 2014 dated 01.07.2017 on the file of the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode, thereby, dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to call for the documents from K.G. Hospital, Coimbatore.

2. This Civil Revision Petition came up for admission on 09.11.2017 and it was adjourned to 14.11.2017, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Again it was listed on 14.11.2017, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and adjourned by two weeks. When the matter was posted for admission on 05.12.2017, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was again adjourned by three weeks. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission. Again when the matter was listed for hearing on 12.03.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time and it was adjourned to 23.03.2020. Thereafter, it is listed today. 2/4

3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 4 years.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty for the petitioner to approach the concerned hospital for seeking those documents.
