C.M.P.No.24889 of 2019 in S.A.No.928 of 2008 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to bring the respondents 3 to 7 on record as legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 6 to 10 in the above Second Appeal. 2.As per the order of this Court dated 14.10.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellant effected paper publication with respect to the respondents 5 & 6 and he has also filed proof of service. 3.Notice sent to the 4th respondent returned as "unclaimed".
