C.M.P.No.24887 of 2019 in S.A.No.928 of 2008 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2.As per the order of this Court dated 14.10.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellant effected paper publication with respect to the respondents 5 & 6 and he has also filed proof of service. 3.Notice sent to the 4th respondent returned as "unclaimed". As far as other respondents are concerned, though notice served and their names are printed in the cause lists, none appeared on behalf of them. 4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed as prayed for. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
