..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 5 to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2021 for allotting the Government lake and pond fro lease in Survey No.210A and 102 for the purpose of fish farming within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Ms.P.Rajarajeswari, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows:- To direct the respondents 3 to 5 to consider 2/5

and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2021 for allotting the Government lake and pond for lease in Survey No.210A and 102 for the purpose of fish farming within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Ms.Rajeswari, learned Government Advocate would submit that the request of the petitioner has been rejected on 28.12.2021 and the petitioner has been informed of it.

5. In view of the said rejection this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
