This application has been filed to amend the decree dated 02.08.2022 passed in A.No.3121 and 3122 of 2022 as per Plan II of the Advocate Commissioners sketch attached along with the decree from stating SouthWestern portion in page No.8 in the Decree to South Eastern portion of the suit scheduled property in page No.8 of the decree.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 have no objection in allowing this application.

In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
