PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in his Lr.No.SE/M/AEE/DEV/JE/T/F.HT. SC.Mo.226/PR.600-2/2017, dated 21.08.2017, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without authority of law, and contrary to the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 and consequently direct the respondents to effect a reduction of Demand from 990 KVA to 820 KVA vide the petitioner's application, dated 26.07.2017.
