PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to submit the enquiry report on complaint bearing petition No.6/SPG/SB/2016 dated 16.12.2016 and consequentially transfer the file to the third respondent for further action in accordance with law.

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to submit the enquiry report on complaint bearing petition No.6/SPG/SB/2016 dated 16.12.2016 and consequently transfer the file to the third respondent for further action. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner in No.6/SPG/SB/2016 dated 16.12.2016, the fourth respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed by a closure reported dated 05.01.2017.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
