The learned counsel appearing for the legal representatives has no objection for the delay being condoned and the respondents 23 to 25 being brought on record as the legal heirs of the 18th respondent.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and list CMP.Nos.28090 and 28093 of 2023 on 19.12.2023.
