The first respondent is the de facto complainant, having filed the complaint before the second and third respondents against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a miscellaneous petition to implead him in the main Criminal Original Petition.

2. Since the allegations were made against the petitioner and relief was also sought in the main Criminal Original Petition to direct the respondent-police to register an F.I.R. based on the complaint filed by the first respondent against the petitioner, the Registry is directed to implead the petitioner as one of the respondents in the Criminal Original Petition and to make the necessary amendments in the cause title.

3. List the main Criminal Original Petition for hearing on 05.12.2024.
