O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue a No objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "EDDEN SPA" at Hotel SPS Grand INN, at No.127, Gokhala Street, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore by passing Orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is said to have given a representation dated 22.11.2022 to the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore, however, that representation is not available with the respondent police and if the petitioner gives fresh representation, it will be considered in accordance with Law.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the respondent and on such submission of fresh representation, the respondent is directed to consider the representation and pass Orders in the manner known to Law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
