2. This Court had passed the following order on 01.11.2023: "This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for executing condition order which was passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22596 of 2023 dated 06.10.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 17.11.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed."
