This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased viz., K.Saraswathi, K.Jayaprakash, K.Prasath and K.Kamaraj, in the place of the deceased first respondent by name, S.Krishnaraj, as the respondents 2 to 5 in C.M.P.No.20054 of 2023 in W.A.No.SR103303 of 2023.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid legal representatives of the deceased first respondent are brought on record.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
