This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the above CMA against order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.417 of 2022, dated 02.03.2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.2669 of 2025 is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
