2. Heard, Mr.G.R.Deepak, the learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

4. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
