This Writ Petition is filed, to direct the respondent to give no objection certificate to use the new bore well situated in Survey No.150, Arasanatham Village, Namakkal District by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. In response to the notice sent the B.D.O appearing through the A.G.P submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2019 was received at B.D.O office on 27.09.2019 on perusing the application the petitioner was informed to furnish Patta, Chitta, Adangal, F.M.D Sketch, V.A.O Certificate and the Photograph of the bore well to show that it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been constructed and on submitting those documents field visit will be conducted and thereafter, N.O.C will be issued subject to conditions.

4. In the light of the above communication by the Commissioner Panchayat Union, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to submit all the documents mentioned for consideration of his request to grant N.O.C. On receipt of those documents from the petitioner, the respondent shall examine the documents and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
