ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct an enquiry and pass order on the petition dated 17.08.2024 relating to the change of patta order made in T.R.2019/0103/05/085642TR on the file of the 3rd respondent/Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Pappireddiapatty dated 11.07.2019.

2. Considering the fact that there is a remedy in the form of an appeal which has also been opted by the Petitioner, orders need not be passed for the present Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd Respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner by giving them a personal hearing. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight
