Crl.M.P. No.14752 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.4825 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners that petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 A.M., passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6507 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4825 of 2024 dated 17.04.2024.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
