O R D E R

The Petitioner, who is residing at Tharamani, Chennai, has come up with this Petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.233 of 2019 from the file of Family Court, Chengalpet to the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.4342 of 2019, which is pending on the file the said court.

According to the Petitioner, she is working in Chennai on shift system and the respondent is working at Tiruporur and that it will be convenient to both of them, if H.M.O.P. No.233 of 2019 is transferred to the Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with FCOP No.4342 of 2019.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that, the Respondent has no objection to transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.233 of 2019 from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet, to the file of III Additional Family Court at Chennai, to be tried along with FCOP No.4342 of 2019.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.233 of 2019 is transferred from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet to the file of III Additional Family Court at Chennai. to be tried along with FCOP No.4342 of 2019. learned III Additional Judge, Family Court at Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
