These applications have been filed by the applicant/petitioner to recall and reopen the evidence of P.W.1 D.Muralikrishnan and also to receive the document namely, certified copy of the decree and judgment in A.S.No.768 of 1974 dated 18.09.1978 passed by this Court. dated 22.09.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner as well as the respondent.

3.Considering the nature of averments made in the applications and also the fact that the respondent has no objection in allowing these applications, these applications are ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Master on 17.11.2023.
