This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the bail order made in Crl.O.P.No.22235 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 on the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 23 days.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22235 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 in 8(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate I, Mayiladuthurai on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
