The petitioners who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in C.C.No.217 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, seek bail. 2.It is stated that the charges have been framed under Sections 450, 380 and 379 of IPC and the petitioners have been in judicial custody from 21.07.2023.

3.Let may not enter into the detail discussion of the facts, because the calender case is now posted before the trial Court for questioning the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

4.Let the trial be completed. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
