2. Learned counsel for appellant/claimant himself has admitted that the second respondent insurance company has deposited a sum of Rs.22,00,000/- pursuant to the award passed by the Tribunal. However, learned counsel prays for exemption from paying the Court fee of Rs.29,000/-.

3. In view of the fact that second respondent/insurance company has already deposited a sum of Rs.22,00,000/- pursuant to the award passed by the Tribunal, this Court does not find any justification in the petitioner/claimant seeking exemption from paying the Court fee of Rs.29,000/-.

Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Petitioner/claimant is directed to pay the entire Court fee.
