C.M.P.No.22504 of 2022 in T.C.SR.14980 of 2022 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1016 days in re-presenting the Tax Case Appeal.

2. Upon hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in re-presenting the appeal is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it "for admission" in the usual course.
