This application has been filed to transfer the suit in O.S.No.7368 of 2019 on the file of the XXI Additional City Civil Court to this Court to try along with the Original Petition in 815 of 2022.

2. The respondent has filed caveat in the Original Petition and the decision in the suit is subject to the result of the Original Petition. In order to avoid conflicting decisions, the suit and the Original Petition have to be tried together, since the subject matter is one and the same.

3. Despte service of notice, none appeared for the respondents.

4. Accordingly, this application is Ordered and the suit in O.S.No.7368 of 2019 is withdrawn from the XXI Additional City Civil Court and transferred to this Court to be tried along with O.P.No.815 of 2022.
