A Nos.5737, 5738 and 5739 of 2024 in C.S No.740 of 2011 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs, i) to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th defendant, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th defendant and iii) to bring on record the respondents 11 to 13 who are the legal heirs of the deceased 4th defendant and brought them on record as defendants 13 to 15 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
