The petition has been filed to relax the condition i.e 7(a) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 21144 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
