ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw HMOP NO.67 of 2025 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Kangeyam and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, at Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is living in Salem with two child and it is difficult for her to travel 70kms to attend the Court hearings. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer.

4. Accordingly, HMOP NO.67 of 2025 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kangeyam , is ordered to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Salem. The learned trial Judge is directed to issue notice to the respondent and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Further, the Subordinate Court, Kangeyam is directed to send the case bundles to Family Court, Salem within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
