ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct 3rd respondents herein viz the Inspector of Police, Veeraganur Police Station, Salem District to conduct enquiry and provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is seen that the petitioner's right in the pathway was abstracted by 5th respondent. Therefore, she filed a writ petition to remove the encroachment in public pathway in Writ Petition No:28224 of 2018 before this Court. Thereafter, the Tahsildar also took action to remove the encroachment. Therefore, the 5th respondent again came with rowdy element and trespassed with the petitioner's property and threatening her with dire consequences.

3.Considering the above submission, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the private respondent, namely 5th respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
