Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, this Court, vide common order dated 14.06.2023 disposed of the main Writ petition and in Paragraph 5 of the said order, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 3rd and 5th respondents has been inadvertently recorded as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 6th respondent, which requires to be modified. Hence, this Miscellaneous petition.

2. After perusing the order dated 14.06.2023, more specifically, the para-5, this Court is satisfied and, accordingly, the para-5 of the order dated 14.06.2023 which has been recorded as the submissions of the learned counsel for the 6th respondent is modified as the submissions of the learned counsel for the 3rd and 5th respondents.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous petition stands ordered accordingly.
