The matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, claiming that the prayer in the petition is only for Probate of the Will and not for Letters of Administration.

2. A reading of the prayer would reveal that the Original Petition has been filed only for Letters of Administration and therefore, there is no necessity for modification of any of the orders passed by this Court.
