Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamous directing the 2nd Respondent to register the petitioners' sale deed dated 16.07.2022.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd Respondent to register the Petitioner's sale deed dated 16.07.2022.

2. It is the contention of the writ petitioner that though the document is presented for registration, the Registering Authority has not registered the same and, without any reason keeps the document pending.

3. Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondents and submitted that as the Power Agent executed the document it is pending for scrutiny. If the document is otherwise in order the same will be registered as per law, within a period of six weeks.

4. Recording the above submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.12.2022 ggs Copy to:
