These Writ Petitions have been disposed by common order dated 18.08.2023 requiring the Additional Subordinate Court, Namakkal to dispose the civil suit in O.S. No. 218 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

The matter has been listed today on receipt of Letter in D. No. 362/2024 dated 27.02.2024 from the Additional Subordinate Judge, Namakkal seeking extension of time to pass final orders in the said case. 3.

In view of the same, the Additional Subordinate Judge, Namakkal shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case in O.S. No. 218 of 2016 and monthly reports in that regard shall be sent to the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court till the matter is finally disposed. 11.03.2024 vjt Note: (i) Issue order copy by 12.03.2024.

(ii) In the event of non-compliance of the aforesaid order, these matters shall be placed before the Court.
