These applications have been filed to withdraw and transfer the suits in O.S.Nos.1840 and 1841 of 2019 from the file of the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, respectively to this Court and to be tried along with C.S.No.37 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would state that these applications came to be filed pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.04.2019.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing these applications.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support the applications and the submissions made, these applications are allowed.
