This petition has been filed to amend the Satisfaction Court in the petition and order copy as, Additional District Judge and Presiding Officer, Special Court under E.C. and NDPS Act Cases, Salem instead of Special Court (NDPS Cases), Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.28465 of 2022, dated 28.11.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.28465 of 2022, dated 28.11.2022 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
