This application has been filed to amend the cause title of the original Petition and the Order dated 04.08.2023 and the proof affidavit.

2. The learned counsel appearing applicant submitted as there is typographical error in the Original Petition and the same error has been crept in the Order dated 04.08.2023 and the proof affidavit filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that due to the typographical error, the present application has been for amendment of the Original Petition and the Order dated 04.08.2023 and the proof affidavit, this application Ordered. The registry is directed to carry out amendment and issue fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
